Secretary-General of the ZGCTA:Li Junkai

Li Junkai holds a Ph.D. in Management and is a researcher, doctoral supervisor and an expert enjoying special allowances from the State Council. She serves as the Director of the Center for International and Regional Cooperation at the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology (BJAST), Secretary General of the ZGC Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance (ZGCTA),and Director of the Training Center for "Belt and Road" International Sci-Tech Cooperation. She previously served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Engineering at Peking University and as Vice President of Hebei University (temporary position). She has long been engaged in research and management in the fields of science and technology strategies, international cooperation, and regional economy. She has led over 40 national and provincial-level key projects, published more than 100 papers, and authored 28 academic books. Additionally, she has written over 80 reports which have been adopted by governmental departments for internal reference, with more than 40 receiving comments from central and provincial government leaders .
